So, I'm curious. For those who believe in ghosts/spirits/souls or whatever you want to call them, are they born with a person or do they exist prior to birth and somehow get attached to each baby?

I'd say I'm skeptical, but still very fascinated by paranormal subjects, whether it's ghosts, aliens, psychics. Been down a few rabbit holes when it comes to things like this.

As for the existence of a soul, I honestly don't know, but more than happy to discuss.

Yvette fielding and her crew have filmed at the castle here as its supposed to be one of the most haunted places in north wales.. i think its just a publicity stunt

Sorry all I’m at work. So one building I use to work in the basement had underground tunnels the victorians use to use. You couldn’t use them but you were allowed to look and shine a torch in.

On night shifts in the basement you could here someone walking up and down the corridor, sometimes if you were in the first aid room with the door closed you would see a shadow under the door then the door handle would go. I could go into more detail lol. That was on 1 site like I said worked on a few

Kundalini. The principle unites all religions and religious scriptures. If you meditate you can connect to the inner spirit ... And it will rise and unite you with Heaven in this lifetime. Artists such as Coldplay....The stone Roses and all of them talk of breaking into heaven.....

I don't really believe in it, but havin said this I once recorded my mate who was d*unk in a pub and when we watched the video back, you could clearly see what looked like ghosts floating around in the room. It was weird but I don't know what it was.

So my two cents on this, and I personally don't believe in it, but I think that people are open to different ideas and if you are open to an idea you are more likely to find reason to support it. This is true for all ideas be it politics, religion, or the supernatural. If the afterlife is something that seems plausible to you then you are more likely to look for things that support it. Likewise, I don't, so I dismiss these things as random, or a hyper sense of imagination, or even pareidolia.

As much as I like the idea of an afterlife, I just don't think it exists. But maybe thats because I find the concept too strange! Personally, I think aliens, be that another intellectual lifeform or even a simple single-celled organism, more likely than an aftelife. But I like science, so maybe I'm bias! Lol

So past few weeks whilst on night shift I've heard someone clearly walking across the floor above and doors shutting. Tonight I actually followed the sound to a staircase and heard the door above open. I heard foot steps coming down and opened my floor door but no one there. All I heard was the ground floor door slam. Being security I checked with control who was in the building and there was no one. Not even the motion sensor lights went on. I know what I heard and it's the 3rd time now.

Used to be very fascinated when younger and would read up on all sorts of myths, folk tales etc. Especially liked werewolves, vampires, poltergeists and ghost stories.

Have had a couple of strange experiences which freaked me out at the time.

Now healthy sceptic but not dismissive.

I doubt not you heard something

I doubt emphatically it was anything described as paranormal

I used to run one of the most haunted pubs in Wiltshire (it was on “Most Haunted” and was the place that caught Derek Acorah out cheating!!) however, some of the things that used to happen in there when nobody else was around, has convinced me it is real. The history behind the place is amazing ( it was the seat of “Hanging Judge Jeffries”) . And another pub I ran also convinced me as there was just so many unexplained things happen in there, was amazing!
