Brizzle

But of an odd one, in the process of paint stripping & painting an old metal garage door.

It’s time consuming but will look good when finished.

My question is on each side of the door are 2 rubber conical shaped “things” which are pretty perished. It would look so much better if these were replaced but don’t know what they might be called, or whether they are still manufactured.

I think their purpose is to act like a stopper to stop the door going too far when opened. Does anybody have any idea what these might be called & then I can have a look at replacing them?

Thanks in advance??

Do they have any cable attached?

Could be cable cones if so, you can get replacements.
