Another vote for apple cake.

Or stewed with brown sugar then served warm with cold Greek yogurt.

I love a Waldorf Salad. Super crunchy, loads of protein and vitamins, sweet, savoury and bitter all in one. It’s like an edible Gin and Tonic.

There is not much better than apple crumble. My mum used to make a lovely crumble, my job was to make the custard. . There were loads of us so I used to have to make double quantity

There are way too many good options. I'm sticking with apple crumble and caramel ice cream on side as I really fancied that caramel version just too lazy to make caramel.. stand there and watch it. I will buy ready made next time I'm out.

Walford salad with remaining ones tomorrow. Run out of grapes, though I have seen recipes with raisin too?

The traybake recipe is looking very good too. One for family/friends gathering !

Sticky toffee apple cake! Or crumble. I always make at least one of those around Halloween/Bonfire Night; cinnamon and toffee and apples are such a perfect combination but it might not be the weather for it atm.

Apple Crumble would always get our vote. Sprinkle the cinammon on the top of the crumble. Take care not to overcook as Granny smiths go powdery. You also have to skin them as they are covered in wax to make them last and skin is tougher than some.

Waldorf salad... If having trouble with the ingredients - Basil Fawlty had the recipe
