Meeting older women

Morning one and all I am 41 and find I am drawn to older women 60 plus apart from being myself I wondered if anyone had any suitable advice as to helping me along theres alot of things I come up against which I personally feel is more than ok and acceptable they are age, race, disability now interestingly I am still here and still hoping and although its not a dating site it would be great to meet someone with a similar motive I hope this is clear as I'm not great explaining myself sometimes thank you xx
