Thats why you have to get permission to read your notes

its partly due to the inappropriate abbreviations and insults like the one you mentioned

Any way I read them all the time and can't read the doctors bloody writing anyway........its like trying to decipher code

Hunny they don't take long to fill up with all the paper work that has to be done these days,one visit to the hospital and they're 2 inchs thick already
