London

I love Jude’s Gin & Tonic ice cream and plain vanilla with hot butterscotch sauce but I just want to give a shout out to my new discovery of Grom Gelato Crema di Grom!! Delish!

What ice cream do you recommend, brand and flavour?

Also, do you know a good rhubarb ice cream, I’m looking for one...?

"Also, do you know a good rhubarb ice cream, I’m looking for one...?"

I have made my own ice cream in days gone by. After much experimentation I found a fantastic Italian gelato recipe that's just the ticket. You can add whatever flavour you want. Since I have never come across rhubarb ice cream I'd be happy to make some.

I,m sure I saw it mentioned a while back the company makeing them were selective in what they made the type of companys where such Ice cream exists but at ridiculous prices I,d rather pay for a ben and jerrys Ice cream or a mr whippys or tonibells If they still exist but my Ice cream days are rare now.

When we drive down south my dad always goes down the A roads through Cheshire to skip a lot of the M6. We go past on that route and seeing the sculptures as we drive past always makes the journey more fun!

I have a particular fond memory of a day out there with my dad, his ex and her kids. He split his trousers and had to change into some too small sports shorts he had in the boot .
