Is it just me getting more introverted in my old age -or do others feel relieved when you wake up and realise you have the day to yourself without any plans?

I used to call this state of mind lonely - but all I feel now is relief.

I love those days every now and again - it's nice to do things because you enjoy doing them, at your own leisure with no time pressures. I need one soon.

I've gotten a little more used to this through lockdown. I'm very much an up and out person in the morning, do something, see someone, but as that's not been an option... I'm still in bed!
