Does anybody know a Tattoo Parlour that does intimate Tattoos, I mean a friend has asked to get her Butthole and upper crack done & I was thinking the Perineum with her name for myself..

Most of them will do intimate tattoos, provided it's safe. A friend had 'master's property' tattoed round her bumhole, and had no problem finding one to do it.
