Today I can’t get enough of the homemade lavender, rose and aloe vera facial mist I’ve made - it’s in the fridge keeping cool but I keep going and spritzing myself!!

Ooooh! Yeah it’s soooo good for hair!

in the winter if you leave coconut oil your hair then wrap it in a hot towel (tumble dryer for 10 mins) it stops it drying out from heating!

Very simple - two thirds distilled water, one third aloe vera and add rose essential oil and lavender essential oil to your liking, a quarter pipette squirt of each for me. In a brown glass spritzer bottle and pop in fridge to chill.

my back tooth chipped which resulted in a abcess it's been agony the swelling still there but when I woke felt I didnt need painkillers think the antibiotics have started to kick in

Wishing you speedy recovery x my back tooth chipped which resulted in a abcess it's been agony the swelling still there but when I woke felt I didnt need painkillers think the antibiotics have started to kick in
