Ok you filthy animals. I know some of you will have a strange taste in sandwiches.

Like people eating sugar sandwiches etc. So tell me what they are...

I do quite like a jam and cheese sandwich. And I'm quite partial to a proper butter and pickled beetroot sandwich.

Mix mashed avocado and chilli sauce to taste. Mash in a banana. Spread thickly on granary bread. Sprinkle with a few shards of raw cabbage or brussels sprout leaves (not too many). Put a slice of ham on top and close your sandwich.
