I would definitely recommend chatting to her like a human being rather than somebody you want to shag. Have a laugh with her if you can. Build up a rapport. Then you can start getting a bit flirty.

I like in a cul de sac of 6 houses. The lady across from is gorgeous. She's a mature, single lady and very pretty. Apart from myself the other neighbours in torre cul de sac are older then and a 2 cpuples are retired. On occasions we have a street party/bbq etc. The lady opposite has always flirted with me and I've flirted back and I won't lie, I fancy the pants off her. One day I was out gardening and she had a delivery arrive. Later that day she kindly asked if I could help her assemble a chest of drawers for her spare room. I said yes and went over. I cracked on and built it in no time. She made me a sandwich etc. She then hugged me and kissed me to say thank you...we ended up having sex that evening and a few times since. It didn't create any issues at all.
