I know a bit off topic but has anyone used one? I'm looking into purchasing one apart from obviously looking to tone up a bit, they are apparantly good for lower back pain (ie help strengthen the muscles)

Any information appreciated

I did but nothing came up except a site for local swingers lol Not the thread itself!
