Just woke up in a nice hotel. Away to have some breakfast then go do a fire fighting course this afternoon and all day tomorrow. Should be fun.

Went out for an early morning cycle but now sitting at my desk at home in work mode.

Got to collect my car from its service later on and shall use that as an excuse for a 45 min walk in the sun

Using public transport in a mask whilst the rest of the bus ignores the announcements about masks.

And staying washed and cleaned and anti bac'd as best as possible.
