Wild places, ancient stones but my number one is a several hundred year old beech tree. Barefoot climb into her canopy and just lay there as one with my friends..ok laugh but where you spend your time with people I spend all but sleep time with trees

Sometimes i love to go for a long run with music when I need to clear my head. Or a nice walk with my boyfriend and the ability to chat it over with him.

We live near the countryside, so this is local and a happy place for me.

Them 2 days at a festival before all the general public are allowed in.

Its just the staff, decent food, frisbee/football, get stoned, have a laugh, wind down with the nicest silence you will ever encounter. Fall asleep outside in a chair.

The gym. Get a program, know what you’re setting out to do and just shut off and lift. Get heavier and heavier, work out for that endorphin high and just forget the shit then leave with a smile

We have a very in tune with nature focused hippie music festival localish to us we love to go to (where we face painted in public pics) that’s not a commercial one like Glasto etc. We love it there. Happens May and August and is so chilled. Small World Solar Festival in Kent. Sadly don’t think even the August bank holiday one will happen this year.

I found inside a crash helmet, when out riding my bike.

I could thrash the arse out of the R6, for a few minutes then all the anger or frustrations were gone.

Then I could enjoy the exhaust note, the bends, the scenery. I found it worked for me.

Living in Manchester you are spoiled for choice.

You are surrounded by beautiful countryside, you head out to Wigan,St. Helens, Widnes way there is countryside.

I used to enjoy sitting on top of Billinge lump, looking out towards St. Helens. You could see for miles, just listening to the wind and the birds.
