After rummaging through my various hidey holes looking for an elusive leather glove (for today's forum challenge). I got thinking about a new wardrobe.

I would so love a wardrobe I could walk into that had sections for casual, work, going out and of course play!!

Big mirrors, shelves for shoes so I could see at a glance exactly what I had.

Has anyone got one? Fat chance with two nosey teenagers but a girl can dream

I put in a walk in wardrobe when I built my house. It's useful functional but in hindsight sliderobes in my bedroom would have probably been better and I would have an extra boxroom instead.

I have sights on my daughters room, but we have to extend into the loft before I can nab it!

Making a room(s) in a loft is always a big plus. Walk ins have their advantages, the disadvantage is having between a third and a half of that room being access space only.

We have built in wardrobes, I have a small section of one of them, the rest is MrsMcD's, so naturally, if we had a walk in wardrobe, I'd probably end up having a small section of that

I wouldn't mind having that kind of attire in my little patch, but due to partners daughtet being nosey and ratching about, costumes and toys need to be well well hidden
