Olives and stuffed red peppers

I make the most amazing Gruyere cheese biscuits that are fabulous with Prosecco and of course Blinis and cream cheese/smoked salmon

We never eat sausages but a while back got a mix of really good ones from the butcher, some with herbs, apple etc. Grilled them with maple syrup and honey , chopped them up and in the fridge to go cold then put on cocktail sticks - perfect with good beer
