I was on call last night and had a call out at 11:00, only just got back in. So it’s a brew and bed for me before I go back on call at 18:00

My sleep pattern is always messed up I get in from work I have the breakfast I have the dinner give the flat a bit of a clean up and then I try to fall asleep at 2 but it's always a little bit difficult for me especially on a Saturday night it's like I've got to do my other job before my main job
