As the title says I chloe am looking into getting my boobs done, 5 kids and 4 stone of weight loss later and i am not happy with them,

And was just after advice on who with and where people have had there's done, or people you know xx

A friend had hers done privatly in manchester this year....she paid 4k and went from an a cup to c cup....she opted for the very firm look...they do offer more natural looks too. months later they do look very much porn star-ish....biggest diff is the change in her confidence..... good luck xxx

there are many options i simply did not expect....different fillings etc to give diff feels or looks....also medical stuff like under or over the breast muscle....make sure to discuss it fully to understand the implications, she was left with a small scar under each breast 25-30mm long. she is a diff girl when she goes out....her confidence is thro the roof x

Mrs liddy has just had hers done back in April with birkdale clinic in crosby near Liverpool, the have done a fantastic job we are both very happy with uif result, and also got them on a online voucher so only cost 2500, but like the other poster says make sure you discuss every little detail and if at any point you have any doubts then there not the surgeon or company for you, make sure you are 100 percent happy before going ahead because its a lot of money to be unhappy after

If you have lost weight and become saggy they will probably want to do a reduction of the spare tissue remove the nipple and put it back centrally then perhaps add the implant after.

THey wont usually put in the implant into a saggy breast.

Thanks for the advice its not so much that they are saggy its more that they have lost there volume or fullness really. Think i need to book a consultation and see what they advise xxxx

Was going to say this as mrs has the same thing,so an uplift will be what they will do and then maybe an implant if needed..but they will tell you all this when ou go for a consultation..

We are looking at places in belgium and holland as know people had them done much cheaper than the UK with much better after care etc
