Dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.

Oh I have a jolly day off , much hurrahness.

The weather here in my little corner of Wales is a tad misty and soggy, but that will not stop me pooing out for a preambulate on my bicycle later .

So my fellow Forumites, it's been 12 weeks or so since this whole lockdown malarky began. I k ow it's been quite a trying time for so many. Not just naughty meets but also for our mental wellbeing.

It's always good to feel good about ones self .

So chums please tell the group at least one jolly positive splendid about yourself .

Remeber it's important to be as compassionate with yourself as you are with others .

(a health scare plus hospital procedures). She said "you are one very brave lady". Never thought of it like that. I just got on with it, I had no choice. So I would say I'm brave

So my fellow Forumites, it's been 12 weeks or so since this whole lockdown malarky began. I k ow it's been quite a trying time for so many. Not just naughty meets but also for our mental wellbeing.

It's always good to feel good about ones self .
