I’ve had abit of a bad head ache for the last 3 days, and it’s wearing me down now.

Not surprised. Have you taken anything? Maybe think about seeking advice now

Could be stress but best to seek proper advice

Sorry your feeling down OP, it is a real rollercoaster at the moment, I try to see it as I’m down so got to go back up again.

As for the headache, hope it’s subsided soon. Mine been around the last couple of days only thing that is going to shift it is an all mighty storm, being on that thunder

Yeah I’ve just had That thunder too!

It’s muggy too, which doesn’t help x

you will think I sound crazy but try a hay fever tablet may help with the headache many people with really mild hay fever do not realise that this weather can trigger it and actually headaches some times are a sign too. May help may not but no harm in trying. It certainly helps me. I’ve had to take my hay fever stuff since Sunday
