My Erection problems

Since the global pandemic I haven’t woke up with an erection, anyone else had this, are the two linked, where do we go from, why is my distinctly average penis not standing to attention, is this what they call the new norm or is it just a blip on my penis landscape. All advice greatly received, we can get though this together.

The usual suspect...

Stress?

Diet?

Alcohol?

How are you sleeping? If your sleep is disturbed that can have an impact.

I only tend to get a stiffy in the morning if I'm bursting for a wee lol.

Usually sleep on my side, dunno if that causes it.

B38

How often did you wake up with erections before?

As already mentioned above some would be causes, watch out for stuff that may negatively affect you.

Worthing

Do you take antihistamine for hay fever? This can cause temporary erectile disfunction. Google it.

Many factors can cause it mate, stress main one for all of us in the current time.

Morning glory usually happens when your dying for a pee. You are probably getting them in your sleep

Boredom OP, many people currently are bored in general so phasing out of things.

Stress / anxiety / distorted sleep patterns for some I guess as well

I have found working out at night has remedied my sleep cycle issue .

Your body physiology should be going through a major surge of reactivity each morning, driven by brain activity, hormonal pulsing etc.

Sufficient exercise, rest, sleep and nutrition coupled with overall good wellbeing, should be appropriate for your typically health natural y daily changes.

We're complex systemic creatures, where most things can affect others. I'd start by reviewing the basics and seeing what changes may be helpful to you. If you have a medical concern, it's also appropriate to consult with your GP. Get the fundamental basics right and you'll have a clearer insight in to what may be affecting you

Every morning. I did change my pillows and duvet a few months back, dunno if I’m allergic to the tog rating or something.

ED isn't really something to joke about. It can have serious mental health impacts for those affected
