Hey folks, fairly new to forums but wondering if anyone would be happy to chat to me about gym, working out at home, getting the motivation and drive back and hitting my goals.

Really appreciate if anyone is helpful, message here or a PM,

Thanks in advance.

Theres a couple of apps on play store that give you an exercise routine at home. No weights needed.

Have a look at them

Are there any you can recommend?

There is a couple. Black and red logos. Cant remember the names but you'll see them

Think ones for arms and others for abs

Motivation can only come from you... No one else is going to pick up those dumbbells

If you need technical advice I'm happy to share what I've learnt

Plenty of gym people on here will chime in too

Just fucking do it.

Most people fail because they cite lack of motivation.

In reality if you want the results whether that be stronger, bigger, faster or just keeping fit you will have to train when you cant be arsed at times.

Manchester (she/her)

I find having a good reason helps. For me it's health. Avoiding illness and pain from an old injury. That keeps me going when I don't want to.

I have a fitness tracker and a couple of apps to track my calorie intake, burning, workouts and general activity. The best motivator is the dropping number on a scale and the view in the mirror before I get dressed.
