"what's your go-to for picking yourself back up, and shaking it off? regardless of what / who / why / how it is that you've come to feel a bit blue.. is there anything in particular that helps you quickly snap out of it, and get back to your usual FABulous selves? usually for me, music helps. but right now, it's isn't. i know there are a few of these threads around and about, however i could use the cheering up, so have another i hope everyone is okay.
