I never learn

Pain is always fixable just a minor setback, you'll be back to form in no time if you train smartly.

Try some compounds instead of directly isolating your arms, like bench press and rows. Will still hit your arms but should be pain free

For the record I spend 40 minutes every day doing a whole body workout I never just train arms
