Those pesky little ants were everywhere. Never underestimate the will power of an ant

You motivate me without even speaking

.

Motivational speak makes me want to do the exact opposite.

I find setting goals help - so if I know I have something coming up that's important I break it down into manageable pieces. I also don't beat myself up I don't stick to it religiously, when I've done it before I'll end up thinking "fuck it, I've messed up already might as well carry on".

I can revert to the fuck it mentality so easily. I really don't want to.

Motivation only helps you to start something. Commitment keeps you going and going!

Nothing motivates me more than a deadline imposed by someone else eg a boss or an exam board . I'm usually self motivated to do things I enjoy purely by the pleasure they bring and things I don't enjoy by the benefits that will accrue. Otherwise no amount of inspirational quotes or helpful suggestions will get this lazy bum off the sofa

I find walking up the centre of an isle in asda puts off cockwombles who try to enter the no entry signs, not really motivational but it is empowering

I think I'll put some tunes on and tackle the s in the back garden.

I think I'll feel better then.

Mind you, it looks like rain!

I just give myself a good bollocking (out loud) every now and again. Seems to work wonders....

For example "get up you lazy twat" about 15 minutes ago. I've now had breakfast, made a brew and am feeling a lot better about myself

I was said cockwomble at the motorway service station yesterday. I momentarily lost my sense of direction

It's gone out and left me a bit today... I've had a lie in..

I make far more lists these days, mentally and physically than I ever have and they tend to help.

Personally I'm in a good spot with creativity so whilst that is high, I'm very motivated.

Good...glad you are in a good spot.

I don't think I'm very creative.

That is good you have as well and yes it is hard to do, with being in a deficit for a few month. I like the refeed days on the weekends I have
