The Power by Naomi Alderman

The Minute I Saw You by Paige Toon

Peaches For Monsieur Le Cure by Joanne Harris (as I'm listening to Chocolat on Audible)

The Lollipop Shoes by Joanne Harris

The Rules Of Magic by Alice Hoffman

Angels & Demons by Dan Brown

Currently on a fantasy kick. At the moment I am reading:

Nightchaser by Amanda Bouchet

Just finished The Reluctant King by Montana Ash

Before that I read about 6 books from Chris Carter’s Robert Hunter series which are more gory crime novels.

I will, I think that's going to be my next read.

Almost bought it last month but it was £9.99 on Kindle then, it's down to seven pound something now.

My Own Little World

I currently have just under 1000 books on my kindle waiting to be read.... it's never gonna happen is it!

Add another 27 on my tablet and 6 on my phone. And I keep looking at must read lists on Goodreads and finding further books.

Currently in a Fantasy phase, so have the Witcher books, but ploughing my way through the Terry Brooks - Shannara series, I'm on 8/26.

I've had to take some time away from good reads always finding books to add to my list..

I have loads on my kindle and loads of hard copy books waiting. I'm currently rereading Canterbury Tales but it's slow going.

I started the latest Hilary Mantel but I wasn't in the mood for it, so it's waiting until I'm feeling a bit less worn down.

Currently halfway through a Janet Evanovitch that was on offer, it's frothy and funny and doesn't need any thought so perfect right now.

Next up is Karen Rose, Into the Dark. Doesn't need too much thought, romantic suspense, all living happily ever after, I'll take that.

Also on the list is Tristram Shandy, comes highly recommended and I'm hoping will be an entertaining romp to put a smile on my face.

I've got a couple of Georgette Heyers lined up too. I buy them when they're on offer and save them for when I need something sweet and soothing.
