Been musing again.

Ladies how many messages a day do you get?

Are your filters open?

How many do you reply to?

Do you check a profile before replying?

How do you manage messages?

Do you plan meets from messages? Pre Covid.

If I’m lucky I get about 2 messages a day from new people.

This is not a thread about message content or critiquing my profile etc.

It’s me asking about message management.

The amount depends on how active I am, if I've put any new pictures on etc.

Honestly, it's very rare that I read any messages if I'm not playing a forum game - I prefer to do the searching myself, and I've only ever met one person that I didn't initiate contact with.

I have my filters on, so not many. I just chat to friends from the forums.

All depends on my level of activity and if I’ve put new pics on or not. I don’t have any public pictures at the moment, yesterday I had 41 messages.

It depends on the day of the week, my status and changes, and new photos. 20-50 is normal. 100+ on a crazy day. Over 220 is my record.

Filters are closed, ages 25-45, verified only, photos only, no TV.

Positively reply to 2-5 a day. Politely turn down maybe 10-20. Delete the morons.

Always check profile before replying unless it's a great first message with good pics attached.

Delete the No's. Chat a bit to the maybes. Then progress to WhatsApp or Kik once they're better vetted as potential meets.

Yes, got 40-50 serious options lined up (no exaggeration). Of course not all will come off.

I had to turn my filters back on because it was getting annoying.

Before that I was getting quite a few because I put new pics on every day.

I reply politely to this who give me a compliment, I usually delete crude, rude ones, and I rarely engage with people that message me. The odd one slips through.

I chat with friends from on here too so lots of my messages are from them
