I am watching Springwatch live tonight.

Chris Packham has made some excellent quotes that I don't think he realised quite how it sounded when he said it!

The beauty of live T.V!

Granted, in the context of the programme these were pretty innocuous however I had to laugh...

"I love a shag in the breeding season!"

And.

"Do you love a dripping wet bird?"

He was also on top form last night, introducing a film about birds called 'a tale of 2 titties' and extolling the virtues of a mature beaver (sniggers)

Last week he actually signed off by saying c u next Tuesday

Worthing

In the series before the current one I nearly spat my dinner out when Michaela exclaimed (speaking about garden birds of course) "A Tit in the hand is worth two in the bush"!.

lewisham

He's well aware of what he's saying. The beaver references had me in fits.

A few seasons ago he was inserting song lyrics and band names into his patter.

It certainly made my ears prick up! I was half watching/listening to the programme & half browsing the forums. I almost didn't believe I had heard him correctly.

It was how proffessional his co-host was when asked "do you like a dripping wet bird?" Lol
