Anyone suffer from bunions?

Ive been suffering with a lot of pain in the bottom of my right foot near my big toe when i walk, and someone i spoke to work suggested it may be a bunion. Anyone know much about them?.

its a vile op to see. wear decent shoes and see a chorpdist x (soz about the spelling). x

A relative had bunions on both feet and he had them sorted out at hospital within a couple of months of each other. They broke a couple of toes and pinned them on each foot and shaved the protruding bone (bunion). He had his feet in some some sort of restraint (not a plaster) for a couple of weeks and he was right as rain after that

I've one on my left foot, they can be hereditary. they're caused by your toe ligament being a little too short causing it to apply pressure and pull the toe inwards,.. they can be painful, mine isn't see your gp, they'll advise,.. I went to see a podiatrist after speaking to the orthopedic surgeon, I didn't fancy the operation.
