I won first prize in a Nigerian prize draw last week and all I needed to do was email my bank details over to them to receive the goods. Hopefully they should be with me anytime soon

I once won £100 through a works monthly draw and that's as good as it gets, although our youngest daughter is constantly winning on scratchcards.

Perhaps I should be asking her for money other than the other way round....

I've won loads! I used to enter them religiously though.

I've won a 42inch TV, three or four of the latest mobiles, one was worth about £800, Louboutins worth over £700, speakers worth over £500, washing machine worth over £600, all paid for weekend trip to London in a fancy hotel and hundreds more but they are the main ones that come to mind!

I really should start entering them again.

Was that with magazines?

I entered a channel 4 competition when that film Rio came out. First prize was an all inclusive trip to Brazil for 4.

Weeks and weeks later after all was forgotten, a small package was delivered to me.. I got a runner up prize, a small teddy of one of the Rio characters.

No, all through Twitter most of the time. Ans they are so simple to enter you just follow and retweet. It used to be easier to win as less people entered but these days it's hard work as thousands can enter.

There and to the left a bit

Probably the biggest was a trip to Puerto Rico but that was an awards thing through work so may not count.

Other than that I've won tickets to a couple of Madness gigs (one of which was for an album launch in a small venue so priceless) - about £100 on the lottery once, tickets and back stage tour of Shrek The Musical and most recently a goodie bag from Peter James (the author)

Here, there and everywhere!

When I was about 12 I won a 14 inch colour TV in a raffle.

That's about it really.

£80105 on an online casino in 2016, got so d*unk I was woken at 11am by the betting firm ringing me and for about 30 seconds had no idea what the guy was on about. They had the money in my account in an hour and I have never placed a bet since.

Invested in bricks and mortar, figured it was a one off stroke of luck and didn't want to waste it, although I did splurge a bit on a couple of very nice holidays.

Wirral

I won two pairs of Louboutins. I found them aggressively, ostentatiously ugly, so I gave them to the local hospice who sold them on eBay.

Otherwise I've won nothing worth the winning.
