For a pleb, a mushroom can be disgusting, however, in the hands of a chef or someone that knows how to properly cook food, mushrooms are definitely an amazing ingredient that brings a unique flavour to the table.

I’m going through a phase where I have mushrooms most days. Fried in a little butter and garlic on toast. I love them.
