What a lovely post. I’m actually feeling ok today. I’ve officially reduced my anti-depressants to half (been reduced slowly under medical guidance) after 8 years. Was hoping to be off them completely by end of year but there’s no rush with all that’s going on. Just need to shift the lard now...
