Rare or medium rare. Cook with a bit of oil, salt and pepper.

No sauces, the steak juice should be enough

Then chips, mushrooms, fried tomato, proper onion rings peas,

Perfect

Rib eye, medium rare, as it's resting just rub some fresh garlic over the surface and let a tiny bit of butter melt into it.

In Mexico we have rib-eye, T-bone or flank steak, medium (some people have it well-done, I know ) always, always charcoal grilled, with guacamole and quesadillas on the side.

Here I have a nice rib-eye, medium, no sauce and some green salad. Gas grilled/cooked meat makes me sad though.

Tbone is my favourite. I get Sirlion and eye fillet on it. Tastes beautiful medium with the bone in!

Drooling at the thought of all this meat.

I like a fillet or a rib eye medium rare, fat chips, salad, maybe some onion rings, peppercorn or stilton sauce.

I prefer to have it at home after a few disappointing meals out ~ even at Miller and Carter!!

It does if you chop it up, which I would never do, as killing things is plain wrong, in a 100 years all meat eaters families will be seen as murderers, how could you not be!

So rare a decent vet would stand a chance of bringing it back. Only for sirloin tip or flatiron though, I prefer rib eye medium rare.

Decent spoon of chimichurri oozing over the top of it.

There's only one restaurant I tend to eat steak in, and they've never done me wrong!

Ribeye....rare with home-made peppercorn/brandy/cream sauce...with wafer thin onions and mushroom as the sauce base.

Depending on mood with triple cooked chips, beef tomato and onion rings OR (as last night) a balsamic mixed leaf salad with strawberries and cucumber all picked from my allotment an hour earlier. Washed down with a decent Malbec.

My dad has his cremated, so thst it's like leather

I used to do the same, as you learn from your parents, but then tried medium and was hooked.

But the older I get the more rare iike it. I'm medium rare at the moment, but will try rare next time. With a peppercorn sauce, mushrooms (take that, Grumpyfucknugget! ) and chunky chips

Beef steak I prefer ribeye cooked on the rare side of medium, finished in butter, blue cheese sauce, home cooked chips and onion rings.

Venison I like fillet, cooked medium rare, with either red wine reduction, or some red current jelly on the side, with same sides as beef steak

And I'd choose Bambi's mum over beef any day
