Influenced by the other thread.....

What’s the strangest meat you have had?

I’m talking the food type, like some cultures eat things that you would never consider eating in others.

Have had Emu, Kangaroo, ostrich, shark while on holiday in Australia.

Squirrel.

I've tried all the usual kangaroo, ostrich, alligator, but squirrel was a new one on me.

"Goat

I love goat. I used to go to the butcher in the L7 village market in Liverpool to buy goat, but then it got closed down in 2018 for some pretty significant food safety breaches. I think it reopened quickly but I've not had the stomach to go back yet.

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

After eating a kangaroo steak, I went for a walk with a hop and a Skippy in my step!

I've had cricket protein powder but I'm not sure I could crunch into a cricket proper

It's not a meat think you'd class them as mollusks, but I have had Octopus, chewy as you would expect but pretty nice.
