Out early this morning for an easy 6k, but not looking forward to my Sunday long run if it is going to get warmer again

I've been enjoying the cooler weather this week, and getting my times consistently sub 5 min/km.

Should be able to bring that down with a little effort

‘A big 35k tomorrow - God knows why as I’m expecting all the remaining organised runs I’ve entered to be cancelled this year, so nothing to actually aim for which is a bugger! ;0(

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact

I did 1.5km up an incline. It was demoralising

I’ve been self isolating, so today’s 5k was the first run for two and a half months. Considering I was in the midst of marathon training pre covid, I appear to have rapidly developed the running ability of a 3 legged asthmatic donkey

Mine was a bit pathetic today if I’m honest. I ended up walking the last mile or so home. I had one eye on the 16 mile walk I’m going to do tomorrow.

Nice and steady 10k this morning, after dodging the showers, but it was lovely and fresh out there.

Not looking at times, but building my stamina.

I leave it to the zombie chases (sprint intervals) for improving on my speed work
