Not only no shows but you may get any number of "wheel tappers" who turn up for a nose with no real intentions of buying...

Hint: Youre going to hear some shocking drivel said about your home... Dont listen... Its from eejits who didnt want your house in the first place...;-);-)

It is a bit like a swinging meet and we forgot the golden rule cos we didn't have a phone number. I'll tell the estate agent not to send anyone else unless they have veri's already or are prepared to webcam and give a number beforehand. Can you imagine lol
