treat it kindly, if it helps use heat or ice, use a support bandage if it comforts it. Take paracetamol and ibuprofen as directed and gentle exercise

Depends what you've done. I have an injured knee after falling off my bike a couple of months ago. I use ibuprofen gel and wear a support when exercising. It can be very painful though when I have to kneel, doggy style can be rather uncomfortable at the moment

Strap it up, for a few days, then don’t put any extreme stress on it, if you do damage it badly it could take months to heal, knees are a nightmare
