Parsnips are too sweet for me, hate them. I hate broccoli too but know I have to eat some good dark green stuff so tolerate it just. Tastes very bitter to me.

Creamed chicken and parsnip soup, lots of pepper. Doesn't look particularly nice, but the taste is fantastic.

It took me to the age of about 45 before I even tried a parsnip! The smell put me off for a long time.

Broccoli? Just tastes a bit cabbagey/sprouty. Has the same after effects too!

Sometimes you can mix it in with something else so you don't taste it. Except Brussels, there's just no getting round them.

Fuck parsnips!!!!! I once had to eat a 2 year old one that had fermented(birthday dare)...tasted better than parsnips do normally! And i have a rep for eating anything!
