I’m going to give my answer regardless, I’m currently all about injera (I’m addicted!) but my absolute favourite carb has to be bread. Nothing beats a cracking sandwich.

I don’t really know my family tree well enough beyond my immediate grandparents (none of whom I’ve met) being born in North East England or London.

Very good question, I have been lucky enough to go to many wild and wonderful places for work and pleasure. In the top ten For work, I went to the Galapagos Islands and took part in a project fitting turtles with tracker chips. For pleasure, the Sistine Chapel and the National Museum of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar are in my top 10. I love both the creations of man and the creations of nature.

I've not really lost my temper over the past year or so since my dad died - I think there's only been twice? I tend to get really upset rather than angry. Momentarily I thought I’d say touch, and to be able to enjoy the sensation of being touched even more, but I’m going to say scent. Scent because when I smell fragrances I love, it whisks me instantaneously to other memories with such force that I’d love to fully experience that with such intensity even if it was a few and far between occasion.
