We all search so desperately for meaning in the world sometimes. But is it so bad if life has no meaning? I’m just here for the laughs, nothing else. And is that so bad?

I just want to hear what you guys think to learn other perspectives. Thanks if you get involved. X

If I can sail through it feeling content for the most part with as little theatrics as possible...that'll do me

And that’s why sometimes you go for a swim and the ladder disappears.

Ho Chi Minge City

We're all pilchards on God’s great tapestry of life. There is no meaning. It’s fishy at best.

Manchester (she/her)

The meaning of life is fulfilling our parents' urge to reproduce.

Otherwise... what you make it. I find meaning from a combination of ambition and morality.

Or a fire starts and suddenly the room shrinks to one by one

Also, why do parents constantly try and live through their children?!

And why you fall asleep head on the floor, ass in the air, outside when you’re tired after work.

I agree.

Doing fuck all makes it all feel pretty pointless.

And thats what I'm doing at the moment

Work, eat, rinse, repeat.

What is the point

I don't suppose microbes search for meaning in life having intelligence just puts a false human invented veneer on it I think

Dogs always seem happy if they are well looked after maybe a dog's life just needs upgrading for humans, they seem to be deliriously happy smelling other dogs urine and excrement, urinate in public with no issues but seem to be very self conscious when poohing for some reason. Love chasing sticks and balls but are mostly reluctant to give them back even though they know they have to to be able to chase them again. And shagging people's legs seems a descent substitute for sex.

I'm not sure how to upgrade that for humans though
