Ho Chi Minge City

Best done by abstaining from sex for at least 6 months. Believe me, I’ve had the worlds best expert on this subject explain it on a thread here

Haha! Funnily enough yes. I'm careful what I wash with, try to let things breathe down there and I take probiotics. Especially if I've had antibiotics or anything. I don't stick litmus paper or anything in it though .

From a pornstar interview, she said it's good practice to douche your vag with water and some kind of antioxidant (or something, Google it).

Especially if you had multiple partners in a session.

I wonder if that's why some ladies taste acidic, some alkaline and others don't taste

Natural as natural can be. No strong soaps, perfumes, douches or anything. Let it be.

Douching is bad for vaginas but then semen can offset your ph too so I guess its a bit of a catch 22.

It’s not hard to maintain a vagina. If there’s any problems we just consult the user manual we were issued along with our vaginas.

Its horrendous .. next to the perfumed scented sanitary towels you will find femfresh scented wipes and 'freshners' which of course just mess with the ph balance and give women infections

This! Douching is the worst thing a woman can do. It irritates and alters the natural PH.

My worst experience was with another female who had used so much scenty stuff and body wash that it was like licking a bar of soap

Vagina is naturally acidic. Wash products, semen and antibiotics affect the pH levels but by her douching she will be washing away the good bacteria, leaving herself open to infections and messing more with her pH levels.

Oooh! I hear that’s a really good version! I hear the software is more user friendly and reliable! I know there’s a few snagging issues with the download but once that’s done you’ll never look back!
