We’ve had these lovely pork and caramelised red onion sausages lately and I wish they came in bigger packets

You can't beat a nice meaty pork sausage - not cumberland though, I don't like all the herbs.

I do like venison sausages, but I don't see them very often, usually have to go to a local farm shop if I fancy them

We make Venison sausages .

A nice meaty pork sausage , not a coarse one and I like mine cooked really well almost burnt , with mash beans and branston pickle !
