Short answer - be older and have a good attitude.

I have dropped my age limit slightly on a couple of occasions, but only for people that have shown themselves to be mature, articulate and respectful. Personally, I don't tend to like the attitude that I have seen a lot of guys younger than my age limit display - yes, I'm generalising, but as I said, I have made exceptions in the past.

Personally I don’t really look at age here. However most the women I have developed a connection with have been older than me.

However I would say that although it’s good to ask for advice...it is probably that fact that you need advice that would put most people off.
