Television, suffer with sleep paralysis regular and nightmares etc! Sleep can be hard lol

trouble most likely, or creating it :)

Music... normally with head phones... as my oldest son doesn't seem to realise how loud he is on the phone x

I want to die like my grandfather did. Just fall asleep peacefully and never wake up. Not screaming and panicking like the passengers in his car!

I love that , i put sometimes waves broken also , not sonos but trough Yamaha or bose

Most times i sleep well but i feel your words , one only night without sleep sometimes i needs 4 nights with good sleep to compensate that missing rest

I woust to use head phones years ago when i was living in share house ,same problem they didn't realise how loud ther were on the phone

I fall asleep quickly with one of those 10 hour long thunderstorm black screen videos on YouTube.

That or a really old black and white Sherlock Holmes movie.
