Rent - Lincolnshire HELP!!

Im looking to buy a house in Lincolnshire this year but wanting to relocate there before i do so. Available from 1st july to move. Does anyone have or know anyone with a room to rent with an en suite. Thanks in advance (yes im on sparerooms but not much available)

Ive been on and off fab for many years. Not everyone on here is sleazy. There are a lot of lovely genuine people on here. And no im not looking for a payment in kind situation!

Regardless you cant seek or offer commercial services on the forum and seeking somewhere to rent falls in time that category.
