I do! I struggled with it.

Cut the sweet potato up then leave them to soak in water for about an hour. After that, toss them with olive oil, cornflour and whatever seasoning you like. Cook them as you normally would, high heat. After they’ve cooked- turn the oven off, open the door but leave them chill out in there For 5/10 minutes

I do! I struggled with it.
