"First time i did a yoga session my back felt amazing afterwards. You should do something like yoga or pilates cos when it comes to flexibility you either use it or lose it the older you get. Ive heard good things about hot yoga." The one which appeals to me most is vinyasa or flow yoga.

My take is just do simple moves daily Try not to get caught in the differences trap look for the similaritys I'm no fan of hot yoga mainly because its it's trying too hard to be quirky Yoga needs to be simple fluid daily practice that one can do anywhere and any time I treat standing on one leg whenever as yoga It's much more a case of doing than what your doing a lot more about zero thought than thinking about what to do

"I took up yoga (for seniors) a few weeks before the lockdown. It really helped my back and my balance (my tree was coming on a treat I recently had a hospital outpatients procedure and yoga breathing calmed me down and helped me through it."

"Yoga with Adrienne is an excellent place to start on youtube...she’s a good teacher and it’s all free. I wouldn’t get too hung up on the types. Some of it is flexibility, strength, balance, releasing and moving energy, breathing...it’s awesome. " I liked her voice and she is so gentle.

"I am thinking of taking up yoga can anyone recommend this? What are the benefits?" You'll be able to suck your own cock. Or maybe lick the top of your bellend.

"You'll be able to suck your own cock. Or maybe lick the top of your bellend." That would be fantastic. Lol. I have spoken to a neighbour and she has suggested we go to a class together. She also suggested cutting down on the meat I eat. I am considering this also.

"Is it any good for weight loss " It will tone your muscles but I don't think it would have a significant impact on weight. Combined with walking and a slight reduction in food intake I reckon you'd notice a difference.

"For flexibility some places do hot yoga , did a hot class once in the top of the chard Personally it’s not for me. I prefer qigong for energy//health and straightforward zen meditation for relaxation and normal gym for stretch/strength. I find yoga a bit wishy washy aimed at middle class mums. But I think it has benefits, Pilates is probably much better for core than yoga " I'll try both
