The old art of chivalry definitely changed nowadays. So what does it for you?

Do the words on profile excite you or do the pictures tempt you more? X

Both. The best looking person with a profile that says "let me ruin you" will be a no go for me

Agree with Bluebell. The pics catch my eye but the text will decide if I message them or not

Both...we like people we’re going to have fun with so not just a nice pair of boobs or the ability to ‘make me squirt’

Both but with heavier lean to words..I guess pics initially draw the eye but then its down to who they are in words

The picture initially draws me in then the writing... If I don't see a picture then the write up has to be on point...

Both. I check peoples profile text before I look at pictures, if the full profile piques my interest, I’ll message them.

Pictures then text, but occasionally messages can override poor text on profiles.

Currently I'm struggling to find any locally that tick all the boxes

Obviously both but i do like words, i like to get in someones mind and words can do that more effectively than a picture in my opinion! X

Words, definitely! Pictures compliment the text, they’re not enough on their own.

If someone can relay humour on their bio, I find it so attractive. Good pictures are just a bonus

?

Both - pictures get my attention initially, but if I don't like the words then I'll just keep scrolling (after having a quick perv, obviously...I'm not made of wood )

You need to find something that catches your interest

But if the pictures catch me I don’t look at the rest I’d rather just get to know them myself from there

Thats fair enough, i guess its all about the content of the conversation from there on in!

Nooo! That would be false advertising! If someone wrote an amazing profile for someone else, I’d want to meet them, not the person who’s profile it is!

On a mooch

Depends if a search or from the forum.

A search, pictures, age, location, profile write up. This can fail at the picture stage straight off or as I read the profile.

If from the forum it’s normally someone’s thoughts that catch my attention, then the above.

If a cold PM it’s the first line I see that decides whether I take it any further and bother opening the message or profile

Scunthorpe

Both text and photos.

For example great write up but lots of close ups of genitalia and it would be a no.

Equally great photos and 2 lines of text speak and I wouldn't be interested.

Wirral

It's words for me, every time. I once ended up in mad passionate knicker-wetting lust with a guy before I even saw a photo of him, made arrangements to travel a significant distance and then realised I wouldn't recognise him when I got there.

I was so taken with him that as long as he wasn't quasimodo's uglier brother I was still going to ride him like a Grand National winner.

As it happened he was pretty easy on the eye so all worked out well, but he'd have had to be really extraordinarily ugly to have put me off by that point.

it would be cheaper and easier for you to just be yourself!
