I find that the own brand antihistamines that you can take up to 6 a day work best for me.

If it's really bad then add eye drops too.

Go to your doc and get an antihistamine fexofenadine is the one I am on it's the only ine that works for me as well. It's brilliant one a day normally and up to 2 when my allergies act up.

I have prescribed tablets, eye drops and nasal spray. My doctor said that there’s an injection I can possibly get as well

BRIDPORT

Becanaize nasal spray + Benadryl one a day tablet, always wear sunglasses and sometimes optrex eye wash before bed.

I get chronic hay fever and that usually triggers my asthma so I try and keep on top of it and this routine seems to work reasonably well most of the time.

O yeah, did I mention I’ve been baling hay all afternoon , ideal, not.

I use Cetirizine Hydrochloride, avail in supermarkets or over the counter at the pharmacy. One tablet a day, works well for me, but no treatment is perfect when the pollen count is really high.

Pollen count, what a boring job that must be.
