Yeah just keeps falling down, and you also end up with some strange looking expressions on your face

I last hula hooped around 10 years ago. I was the only one who could keep it going. You don't need much movement.

Yes , I can for ages. I got a weighted one but it bruises my hip

The trick is to go back and forth, not make a circular motion with your hips.

I found that the first few times I used it it hurt. After that, once my core was stronger, it didn't hurt. Try building up the time you use it gradually.

Yes! I’m a show pony, I can do one round my legs and one round my neck at the same time.

I use a weighted one round my waist to try undo some of the damage my sweet tooth does

I can. The trick is for the hoop to be hip height according to google.

Hula hoopin is easy with the right hula hoop. A lot of cheap ones are too light

I get the sore stomach with it that gets better the more I do it but it's the hip bone that bruises.

trouble most likely, or creating it :)

I actually use one for a workout. I have an issue with my joints..and hips particularly and it helps a great deal.

So yes I can do this x

Hefty Hideaway

I am an eager hula hooper but I just can't get the thing to stay up. My friends travel festivals and do it professionally and I wish I had their skills. I will give the fire hoop a swerve though!

Worthing

I amazed my neice and sister in law by doing the hula hoop at the first attempt! Not many guys of my age can do it.
